Has anyone found a good quality 1-2" REAR lift for the 04 F150 yet?
My research has turned up nothing specific to the new 04 F150.
An add-a-leaf springs about a 33" long X 3" wide and about stock thickness with just enough rate/arch to acheive 1.5-2.0" of rear lift would be my first choice.
Second choice would be an Air Bag system from Firestone or Air Lift that is designed to fit the new style frame. I would use just when towing to keep level or gain .5-1.0"
Third choice...by far less desired than my first or second would be a good quality steel block/u-bolt kit. I know Fabtech uses one with their 6" lift kit but do not show it available seperately.
