2000 E150 was surging and stalling when coming to a stop, I had just replaced #7 (cop) coil on plug for a miss (82K), which corrected this problem, did not have stalling prior to repair. Bottom line was an air leak between MAF and intake after a couple days from missing the clamp when putting back the air hose. computer did not read air flow properly I guess. Easy mistake. Zeke
