I finally got some time to put the tilt steering column in my truck and thought O would finish the tilt hood today but... Has anyone out there had trouble with the tilt hood being too close to the cowl when it closed. I tried to pue the frame forward on the brackets however, it doesn't seem to be moving. Any ideas out there?

From what I've read you have to either trim hood where it meets cowl at side fenders or make hood to slide forward 1st when opening and slide back after closing. The slide option is what I'm going to do it will look better in closed position. I'm sure if you look at threads there will be more detailed info on this.
