Since day 1, I have been hearing a knocking noise from my engine and its just been getting worse. The constant knock only starts after the engine is heated. It sounded like it was coming from the top of the engine. If I am inside the truck with the windows up and everything off, I can hear the knock. Yesterday, 2 ford plant engineers came and looked at me truck. I was told the cam phaser is not lubricated (and it is supposed to be) and they have to order me an updated one. The clutch packs that they ordered for me is missing a piece and they have now reordered that. Hopefully, all parts will be in next week and all will be well.
