Yeah, I've been getting around 13mpg with my 94, with the 351, and that was after my tuneup, and thats mostly highway miles at about 60-65 mph. Yeah, Gas prices suck, but I knew that when I got the bronco. We're averaging between $1.70 and $1.80 depending on the day, seems to be cheaper when I still have gas in the tank.. then jumps just when I need to fill. Oh well, its all part of the fun.

dang my 84, 302, 4 gear and 3.55's get about 12 with slightly spirited driving, but i'll swear that its hit 16-17 twice (while driving very nice) 1.74 1.89 1.99, 1.66 for diesel, are the prices down here, dont know how much it cost to fill mine, ive had it since november and its only been above 3/4 twice (no job sucks)

Hell i would kill a small village for 10 MPG. I'm at 4 city, no highway driving, and I put about 30 bucks in gas every 3 days. someone please tell me how the hell are you getting 10 MPG. I literally have stopped buying food just to feed my bronco. I am living off of kool-aid, ramen noodels and ciggerets.

anything over 12mpg is amazing. my 93 had a 95 302 ho swapped in and I was lucky to get that much around town. on the highway though, I cruised 70+ around 2100 rpm and got 13 or 14...
anyone with a trick to get some more milage please tell, my current 302 is a hawg that gets 14 mpg when I'm lucky

Secrets?
I'd say these would help anyone to get better mileage.
1: Tune up. Fresh plugs, wires, cap, rotor, etc... Fuel and air filter. Don't know if a K&N increases mileage or not, but I have a drop-in one, and am getting over 15mpg.
2: Check O2 sensor.. These can make the truck run rich, and eat gas.
3: Tires... keep the aggressive ones for your offroad adventures. I have BFG A/Ts which are as "offroady" as I'd get for a street driven truck. If you're going for top mileage, I'd get the Long-Trail T/As... even less aggressive tread. I'd use these on road, and have another set of tires for the trail.
4: Light right foot. nuff' sed
