Audiophile Sub-woofer/amp location

Can someone that has the audiophile system in a supercab f-150 tell me what goes under the rear seats, where it is located (center, left) and what space is left for storage? I can't seem to find a truck with that option searching local dealers. I have some two-way radio equipment that goes under the back seat and I want to make sure there is room for it if I option the Audiophile system.

When you get the Audiophile system there is no room for anything else under the rear seat. The sub is on the left and the jack is on the right. I have a rag and a pair of gloves and that is all that will fit.
Hope this helps.

That's what I was afraid of. No room under the seats will not work for me so I guess we will go with the stock radio and be happy with it. Thanks for the info.

The Sub/Amp take up almost all the space under the driver's side rear set (the 2/3 one). The other side (1/3) has the jack. If you have another place like a tool box or cap where you can store the jack, you could free up that space for your radios.

How much space do they take?

That would be sad to forego the Audiophile, it is such a nice system. I love mine.

I really like the Audiophile system too. And, as was mentioned, with the Audiophile there's no room left under the rear seat at all. I've heard of some people relocating the jack to a place under the hood but I haven't seen any pictures of an exact location.

Thanks to everyone for their comments. The radio would actually fit under the 1/3 seat nicely. In my 2002 Lariat I have it in the middle with some tools on the passenger side and more stuff under the driver's side. No cap or box in the bed for storage so everything goes under the seats. Since I value the space, I'll probably stick with the standard radio.

My Lariat has the 40/20/40 Front seats. The center seat section pulls out revealing some space underneath. This may be enough room for your radios. Take a look at one on the lot

I concur with fordguy61mi, it would be very sad to skip the Audiophile...
