I found about that when I moved into my house, which has a giant maple tree in the yard that worried the neighbor. My insurance agent said if it falls on my house, I'm covered, but if it falls on my neighbors house, its up to his insurance company.

Think I found a few things no one else has...the first is an old hydrolic railroad jack, originally used to change wheels on box cars, used by my dad to change tractor tires.
An old 730 John Deere, good condition, my '94 Cat EXT 580 EFI, an old David Brown Case, a New Holland square bailer, an old old single shot shotgun that was my grandpa's, and...that's all the interesting stuff I can think of

I still have three types of cigar tobacco leafs hanging from some harvesting rafters. I grew them from seeds in my back yard, back when I was a cigar smoker. Been there since 2007 and I plan to use them for some wood working projects.

Since someone else brought this thread back up, I'll add onto it as well.

I don't have a garage, but do have a 2 car tandem carport that is closed on 3 sides. In there I have a 1956 Thunderbird. The carport used to be a 3 car, but I made an extra room out of the back end. In there I have 4 vintage washing machines and 4 vintage dryers. Vintage is 40's and 50's. In the house I have a set of 1963 Lady Kenmore Washer and Dryer that are turquoise in color. Still works great after 50 years. Have had to replace a few things on them. In the main living room I also have a 1959 Magnavox b/w TV console, that still works.

In the bedroom I have a 1956 Philco TV. Here is a picture of that with me beside it. The photo was taken after it got restored while still in the shop.

I also have 2 1956 AMi jukeboxes. One is in the front living room and the other is in the back den.

This is the one in the den. The other one is the same, except in black instead of the green.
