Steering vibration

I just picked up my 04 XLT 150, Super Cab. I haven't noticed any rear vibration as mentioned in other messages, but it seems like every bump in the road can be felt in the steering. Is this normal for the 150, or is it something to have checked?

I picked my truck up on Friday, and I don't feel every bump the way you do. Do you have the passenger or Light Truck tires? My first step would be to check the tire pressure and reduce it, then drive it again.

I've got the passenger tires on mine (P275-65-R18 BFG), and I'm very impressed with how smooth the ride is. I hope you find a simple solution.
