302 gas options

just bought a truck with a 302, and with stiff gas prices in norway i want to run it on unleaded gas.
are all 302 heads (valveseats) compatible with this?
are they like the chebby with induction hardened seats or do they have hardened inserts ?

It is hard to say with the import/export items and if a local plant did the assembly. If I recall correctly, the US/Canada motors produced from 1970 should have hardened seats installed to rn the unleaded fuels. There have been many-a-discussion about the use of unleaded fuel in older motors. Some feel there is not a problem, others will use a lead additive to a tank of gas every month, others figure if it tears 'em up, they needed rebuilt anyway....
