Where to buy Street Scene's Speed Grille?

I am ready to order my Speed Grille inserts and need to know where to get the best deal on them. I would prefer recommendations from places you have ordered from if possible. I will post some pics when I get them installed. Thanks!

A guy local to me swapped me the honeycomb grille for my FX4 grille. It made it nice since I didn't have to drive around grilleless. We met local and he even helped me install the honeycomb grille in mine.

I ordered my Speed Grilles yesterday morning. Hopefully they will arrive by Friday. I can't wait to get them installed!

2FastLX,

Those inserts really set the front of your truck off right!!!!
I wounder how those would look in Black?! How is your weather been? I returned from Va this afternoon to 70+ and sunny day. I sure hope this is the beggining of spring. Sure gona miss the spring and summer again this year but I'll be back in the USA by late July, hopefully to do some bass fishing with my buddies. How are your other mods coming along? Gotta go for now always enjoy hearing from you. Take care.

Bass fishing huh? I'm more of a late night catfish kind of guy myself. Gotta love pulling in 35lb channels in a swift current!

I've been hard at work trying to come up with some more billet items. I just got home from the shop tonight after spending 12 hours designing and machining some custom foot pedals. I'm going to go back tomorrow and make some out of stainless and see how that turns out because I tried bending the gas pedal only to discover the cheap sheet of aluminum I found lying around was worthless. The pedal snapped in two. So back to the drawing board.

I'm working out a deal on some wheels right now. That will be my next "purchased" mod. Other than that cash flow has me at a stand still. So I'm concentrating on coming up with more things to make at work on the CNC's in hopes the owner will follow my lead and start mass producing custom car and truck parts.

2FastLX,

We usta do the catfish (channel and speckeled) night fishing thing a lot. But when I got my boat I spent most early mornings and evenings with a few alnighters under the bridge bass fishing (large mouth, white, and hybryd) mostly with some crapie and bluegill on the side.

Any way I am looking forward to doing any type of fishing when I return from Iraq in late July. Hopefully there will still be a few good fish left in the lake, Clarks Hill Lake (aka Thurmond Lake by the South Carolina folks).

Good luck on the e-bay sale.
Fred

Are you in Iraq now? Or are you still Stateside? What's it like over there anyway? I have been praying for you guys with all the attacks and stuff going on every day. I haven't really been following what's been going on over there lately. About all I seem to hear about Iraq anymore is car bombimngs.

Some of the news footage during the war though was pretty amazing. I saw one reporter that drove right into Saddam's home town not knowing what to expect. They drove right into military bases that were abandoned. It was kind of an erie feeling watching them drive around with unmanned tanks and such all over the place. That reporter the camera man, and the guy driving the truck sure had some big cahonies!

We saw some footage of a firefight in Bagdad that was very intense too. Some scary stuff to say the least. I really feel for you guys, and pray that you all come home safe.

Good luck and God bless!

I don't deploy till 24 March, and yea it can be pretty intense over there. My main objective is to do a good job of tech support for the units in my area and then get my butt back home safe and sound by the end of July!!! Keep all the folks in your prayers.
