Small dent removal Techniques

I have a 90 F150 XLT Larriot longbed. I have a number of small crease style dents along the upper curve of the bed rail, any thoughts on how I could go about fixing those dents without a ton of body filler?

I will do what I can, for being one who works with computers and loves hi tech toys, I still have a manual 35mm Pentax as my primary camera. Need to borrow a digital off of a friend.

Dentwizard maybe able to get them out. They don't use paint/filer, they just work the metal w/ picks and hammers.

when you get photos developed you can have them put them on a cd as well as on paper.
