I have an 87 f250 with 140000 miles on it and am wanting to change the engine because it has veary low oil preshure and I tow my trailer alot with it. So I dont want to wate till I need to fix it on the side of the road. My qustion is: where to get a rebuilt 460 with a cam. anyone have good luck with on-line places. Next qustions: what would be the best headers for this truck

The best headers are made by L&L products.

What are you looking at spending? If you just want a rebuilt block, and can put together a short block, then you can get a setup from Ford Racing. They aren't to expensive and have a good warranty.
