fuel tank reconditioning

does anybody know a good place close to Charlotte preferably east of charlotte that reconditions gas tanks

Bryan, I would look for another tank and just replace it. My guess you could pickup another one with some looking for say $10.00. The one in my 66 is still good after all these years.
