I went to a tire dealer yesterday to ask that very question. I have the aluminum wheels and a 4" lift of a 2 wd reg cab. This truck sits a little higher than a 4wd F250 and a little lower than a 4wd F350. With my stock rims (16x7) I can install 285/75R16 or 305/70R16's. The biggest tire that will fit without any frame or body contact under all conditions are the 295/75R16's but you have to go to 16x8 or 16x10 rims.
