New F-150 STX

Just bought a new 04 STX 4 wheel drive yesterday, has anyone experienced any problems with them yet, besides the extra hard seat?

You might expirence a shuddering from the clutches in the rear end if you got the limited slip diff. but other than that drive it like you stole it! I hear it only effects truck built before 10/03 but I am not sure about that.

The only problem I had with my STX was a defective throttle position sensor, but since then, everything's been perfect.

Personally, I love the seats, as long as the lumbar support is turned up.

Yea, I noticed that its not near as uncomfortable with the lumbar support turned all the way up, but it still feels like youre sitting pretty low to me compared to my 99 model. Maybe just need to get used to it a little. But other than that, man I love it. It really draws the looks from people. Best riding truck I,ve ever owned, especially with those Michelin 17- 265- 70s on it.
