I thank providence for Theo, I think I'd be lost without him.

But life lessons that I have coming again are going to be hard. I have to quit the habits that are killing me.
Smoking and drinking are the worst of them....

 

The battle that never ends.

At least some research is showing that having some toxins in the body is actually good for you.

I sometimes think the only way to give up drinking is to go to a island and be marooned there..(would also work for smoking).
