Hi guys... newbie here... I would like to know if the mirrors on the new F-150 would be interchangeable with mirrors from the new Expedition and Navigator? I assume this is possible since is was possible with the previous generation. I think the mirrors with signals on the bottom exterior on the new generation trucks are just totally cool.. any input would help... thanks....

 

oh, just checked out new lariat.. has that option.... but only visible from rear

 

i would still like to know. the navi mirrors are coloured. one of the few things i dont like about the new f150 is the all black mirrors and door handles. so i was thinking if the navi mirrors fit, i would swap em and paint em to match the rest of the truck. is this possible?

 

I doubt the mirrors will fit, because the door designs are different. The F-150 has the "valley" like the Super-Dutys, the Navigator doesn't. Why not just paint the mirrors you have, like you're gonna do with the door handles?

 

well i was thinking maybe that the top half of the mirrors would be interchangable. does this make sense? the mirrors fold in and so i was hoping that the part that folds in would be switchable. i dont know that the stock mirrors would look good if painted. they have a textured surface. same with the door handles. i dont know what to do about them yet but i doubt that i would paint them. might look okay if they were sanded smooth first?
