fuse panel location

to: anyone who can help

I cannot find the location of the fuse panel on my 2004 f-150 truck and the owner's manual sucks

It is under the passenger side kick panel. You can see about a third of it sticking up over the panel.

Fuel cutoff reset is over there also.
