Just got rid of my F350 (7.3) with 330,000 miles on it. No engine troubles at all, replaced tranny at 256,000. Now own a 02 F250 and we will see how far she goes!
put 100% synthetic in the tranny and transfer cases and she will run a long long time.
This is my daily work driver, build date of 09/01. 7.3 PSD. This rig has over 190,000 miles. It has had some work dones but nothing major. Still runs good and uses very little oil. It is driven hard daily, whether we are on emergence runs or not.
2005 F250 6.0 King Ranch with 79,800 miles. Bought it used a couple of weeks ago, and contemplating a chip set for it but no other mods that I've seen. Bought it for trailering my "other" car around the East Coast and it pulls like there's no trailer back there!
