Help- no compression on 92 460

Hi, i am looking at buying a 1992 f-250 Xl 4x4, 5 speed, Air, tilt, cruise with a 460 motor for a beater truck for around the farm. The box is dented a little ( cattle) and can easily be pulled out. The only problem is the motor. It has 460 and there is no compression on one cylinder ( forgot which one). It was a farm truck all its life so it only has 160,000 kms on it. My main question is what could be wrong with the motor that would cause this to happen?? How hard of a fix is it and do you guys's think it is worth it?? I can buy it for $500 Canadian and it is still running but I wouldn't want to drive it much. The only reason this interests me is because this truck would be alot nicer than the current one 1986 f250 custom 4x4 351M.

Thank's for any help.

It could be as simple as a burned valve, bent pushrod, or broken valve-spring. For only $500 Canadian you wouldn't want to pass it up, it's worth more than that in parts alone.
