This thread has confused me a bit! It looks like you need a trac bar drop bracket. When you install longer springs, which drop the axle assembly, the trac bar causes the axle to shift to the passenger side. A trac bar drop bracket lowers the trac bar, allowing the axle to return to its original position. Your trac bar and drag link always sit at an angle, stock or lifted.

If those mounts are in place then you need the shop to center the sway bar into the mounts.

I'm guessing the sway bar does have drop brackets, otherwise it would still be centered because it wouldn't have been unbolted. Installer just missed center when putting it back in, causing the links to lean like crazy. I'm guessing they installed the sway bar before the trac bar and the axle was hanging way off center.
