Rebuild?? or Swap??

okay I have a 1993 ford bronco 302 Windsor 326k miles on the clock was an amazing engine to me it leaked at the rear main seal 5 months ago and was run dry for 2 days I don't trust it so I'm looking into either a 3/4 block where I just swap my intake and valve covers over and headers OR getting a rebuild kit I have a 93 XLT bronco EFI with the E4od tranny the 3/4 block I'm looking at is this -->https://www.powertrainproducts.net/f...-ho-p/1630.htm I want to put a cam in it while the engine is out of the truck but I don't know what kind to put in it I don't have a MAF sensor so I'm not sure if certain cams will aggravate the EFI any input will be helpful with that, also if I do the rebuild kit which Is only 400.00 what kind of cam can I put in my stock engine that is in my truck without having any headaches or issues with the computer not liking the cam? thanks guys
