Use synthetic fluids such as amsoil, royal purple or the like.

This is what I use for my oil changes.

I recently switched to Ford Gold Coolant. When I put on a new rear differential cover I found the cheapest 75w140 with friction modifier which happened to be Royal Purple at the time. Front axle uses 80w90. Transfer case takes Motorcraft XL-12, transmission uses MerconV.

OEM fluids are good enough for me, I look for the right specification and cost point. Cheapest MerconV I found was Supertech at Walmart.

Honestly, whatever you put in the axles will be fine as long as it is thick gear oil. For the engine, 10W-30 synthetic blend is good with the stock filter. For the radiator I'd drain out whatever it has in it and throw in some generic coolant. And add in a power steering fluid filter while you're at it.
