Weak fuel pump, plugged filter or bad fuel pressure regulator. Fuel pressure should increase when hitting the gas.

What would you start with the regulator? I already changed the filter, and you said the front fuel pump could cause it to mess up both tanks right?

I'd start with the fuel filters and fuel pump, since you know your front fuel pump module is bad.

Ok, In all honesty I may just sell the thing and get a new one, it's been one repair after another but at least I can tell whoever buys it exactly what's wrong with it. I found a really nice 79 f250 for 2k so if it works out im jumping on it!
