Hey everyone! We appreciate the kind words and responses from those that have experience using our products!
Pastor Scott, the best all around combo for your vehicle would be the 7015 (X4) tuner with our performance/tow tunes. These will give you the added power and pep that you are looking for. It will make the vehicle run like you believe it should of from the factory. Don't get me wrong, it won't make it a Ferrari by any stretch, but will greatly aid in your drivability and power/torque.
2005-2008 Super Duty 5.4L SCT X4 with Choice of 5 Star Custom Tunes 7015 - 5 Star Tuning
We're happy to assist in anyway that we can! I also have a forum discount code (5star) that is good for 5% off any non-sale items sitewide.

I also think a tune is your best bet.
That said, I can't believe you're running 34's. I'm running 275/70/18 on my '08 with a V10 and 4.10s and power is barely adequate. I just happened to measure my (low on tread) tires and they're 32" right now. I didn't do the conversion on what a 275/70/18 should be but it doesn't matter - they're 32" at the moment.
If you plan to keep the truck and tire size and you ever have the chance, I'd regear. These motors love RPM so you can't go too deep, don't rule out 4.88. I ran 5.38s on my Bronco w D60/10.25 and 37's and drove it all over the country w a 351W (which cannot rev nearly as high as the Tritons).

3v 5.4's make about 340ftlbs of torque at 2500 rpm. That's only about 25 short of their max. To keep a load moving at interstate speeds, they will rev, but they can get a load moving pretty well and have no problem pulling themselves around. Dad had a 2v 5.4 with 3.73's and 33's. He also pulled a s185 bobcat around locally no problem with it, and had no complaints about its performance empty.

You know I really like this truck...just really nice and only had it for a few months now..I think its a great truck in every way for a F250 it rides so nice- BUT.. this truck seems so slow. Just not perky... I had the plugs changed..high flow air filter.. tranny is tight, no oil burning or usage..just seems sluggish.. I wonder if the 275 65 20 Wheels and tires are slowing it down.. maybe a free flow exhaust ? I dont know - now Im wondering how it will tow my Jeep which I shared with you guys before..so just running it by you.
It has 4.10 gears - was thinking of going to 275 55 20 tires to pick up some revs..??
I know probably a tune but they scare me as I have a factory warr on this now..
what say you experts
Ps Scott

I would look for a set of 18's on Craigslist, you can probably get something for $400 if you look hard, then if you like them you can probably sell the 20's for more. Look for size 275/70/18 or 275/65/18.

This here^
Install 18" wheels and tires. You will have many more choices in 18".
I have an 08 f150 with the same motor and 20" wheels...so i cant imagine them on a f250.
