buy back

Has anyone had any luck with Ford buying back a vehicle that is a lemon? Too late to qualify for legal definition of "lemon", but lemon nonetheless. Got appointment with attorney to discuss chances of this. Thanks

What are you driving and what are your problems with that vehicle? FTE can help you with them. legal questions are better asked of the appropriate people... your attorney. (read the FTE guidelines before posting legal opinions)

Sorry to hear you're having that kind of trouble with your vehicle, hope it works out for the best.

Yep ..
I Lemon Law'd an F150.
File a claim. The paperwork (Lemon Law Manual) should be with your Drivers Manual.
Send copies (certified mail) with dates of all repair orders.
You will be given a final repair attempt appointment.
After final repair is completed and your vehicle still is defective, you then continue following the LEMON-LAW guidelines.
Many times an Arbitrator is used. This person understands the Law. After their review, they include all the necessary documentation and forward to your State Consumer Affairs Office.
Providing your vehicle meets the Lemon-Law requirements, you will get a Buy-Out offer. Your purchase price, plus any options you installed, minus the mileage on your vehicle.
I was given an option for a Cash refund or Credit for a new Vehicle. All this took about 3-4 weeks.
