Rodent damage to vacuum system 2005 F250 FX 4x4 V10 V10

Rats nested in the engine compartment of my 2005 F250 4x4 V10 while it was in storage for several weeks. They chewed through and removed almost all of the vacuum lines. I need a vacuum system diagram to repair and replace the damaged and missing lines. Do any of you know how and where I could obtain a system diagram, or if there is such a thing? I tried my dealer, but the parts and the service guys could not help me. Surely there must be a service diagram/schematic for this system.

That diagram shows only the HVAC system which, for the most part, is under the dash, not under the hood.

Do any of you know how and where I could obtain a system diagram, or if there is such a thing?
When the truck left the factory, it had a sticker somewhere under the hood with the vacuum schematic printed on it. Look around and check for it, perhaps on one of the valve cover gaskets or for an emissions compliance label on the underside of the hood.

My service manual package for the 05, issued in 07, lists about a dozen and a half possible emission calibrations and configurations for the V10 SD. A quick glance at the associated vacuum diagrams appears to show there are several variations including EGR and fuel tank evaporative sub-components as well as California versions. You'd need to pin down some of the observable components to see if an appropriate diagram can be identified.

Thank you for this information. I have looked at the vacuum schematic that is under the hood, but it does not show all of the various lines that the rats took out. You mention that "My service manual package for the 05, issued in 07, lists about a dozen and a half possible emission calibrations and configurations for the V10 SD." Is this the Ford 2 volume set for the 2005 F250 Super duty you are referring to that has vacuum diagrams for the various versions of this truck? If so, I believe that factory service manual is still available, and I would order it to aid me in putting the vacuum system back together. Could you send me a sample of one the "configurations for the V10 SD" that you refer to?

Thank you again for responding to my request for help. I am trying to adhere to Mark Twain's advice in asking for additional information.

This data is not part of the "normal" service manual set (WSM, EVTM, & PCED), it's supplemental data on the dealer DVD.

Does your vehicle have both EGR and the fuel tank EVAP system? California or Federal emissions (see label)?

I don't have access to the truck at this time, so I can't confirm that it has an EGR or fuel vapor recovery system. I'll try to obtain that information and take a picture of the sticker on the door jamb that shows the trucks configuration. All I have at the moment is the VIN number. What I appear to need from your last post is the dealers' DVD that depicts the various configurations under the hood.

If your emissions compliance label already has the vacuum schematic diagram on it, then you already have what's on the service DVDs and you'll need to approach the repair from some different perspective.
