Morning all. 2016 is ending on fine note as, once again, I am under the weather. I'm trying to let this one run it's course without too much interference hoping it will finally stay away. Of course, this means I ought to be oh so pleasant to be around at jury duty orientation later this morning.
I think my brake vibration is in the front. Hopefully I'll feel more like messing with it later this weekend.

I'm starting to feel better so maybe I'll get the grease monkey and see if I can figure out what's going on this time. Due to some power loss, pinging under load, and increased noise from the high pressure pump at start recently, I suspect that it has gone south.
I plan on checking fuel pressure first. If that's good, then I'll check the computer. If the computer is toast again, I'll be hunting a 4bbl intake and HEI distributor for a conversion. The in-tank pumps are rated at 5-8 psi so they should work depending on the needs of the carb. If needed I can put a pressure regulator in to keep it under control.

Evening All!
RC. This part of the job won't pay much, but it sure is a pain in the rear bumper.
It took an hour+ to get the rear seat mount brackets in. After cleaning and painting everything, I had to dig through that mess of hardware and try to figure out what goes where. I hope to make better progress tomorrow.
I also got a start on prepping the crush cars. Starters, alternators, A/C condensers, batteries, cast aluminum and glass are coming out to try a recoup some of my losses. I have a pretty impressive pile so far and I'm not finished yet with these cars. I hope to put a little bit of money back in my piggy bank.
