Good morning woodchucks. Off to a closing on the old family home in Northfield. Selling the family home I inherited when mom died to our daughter. Pretty neat that the house can stay in the family and that we are in a position to help them get a good start on home ownership.
Tomorrow it is off to Truck Camper Warehouse in NH to spend part of the sale of the house on a truck camper to go in the back of the F350. Don't want to have any spending money for too long.

Was an easy closing, just all the disclosures by the bank to the kids takes time. It is nice to have it all done. One less thing I have to worry about. Of course I still fully expect the call in the middle of the night Dad, the furnace just quit - what do we do????
