Well.....as luck would have it there is bad weather moving in so may not be able to make the trip to check out the 36 pickup. I'll have to wait until Sunday morning and check the weather where we have to go.

Don't see a 35 listed unless I missed it. I've seen about everything there is to see for a 35, 36, 37 for the past 6 months.

Yeah....I contacted the fellow about that 35 about a month ago. It's a little more than what I want to pay for the shape it's in and the wife said she didn't like it anyway.

 

Well, the weather was nasty yesterday but the wife and I drove 2 1/2 hrs to check out a 1936 pickup. It looked pretty good but it's going to need some work. The price was right so we bought it. Now the fun begins.

Thanks. I'm a little worried about driving it on the highway for 2 1/2 hrs back home since I don't really know the truck and I going of what the seller is telling me. I'm going to take some water, oil, tools, and some rags with me just in case. I just dread this trip.

 

Rent a trailer

 

Good idea. Going to borrow my son in laws Chrysler diesel dually. About $45 dollars for the trailer from uhaul. I feel better now.
