Will this ECM ECU work in my truck? (details + link inside)

Finally pulled my ECU/ECM today and I can see a few capacitors popped.

1994 F350 351W with a C6. From my understanding since C6 is non electronic I can use a manual transmission ECU right???

ENGINE ECM ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE 8-351W 5.8L MANUAL FITS FORD F250 737773 | eBay

This one is about 1/3 the price of what a local reputable shop wants to reman my ECU. Should work right? Same year. Same Engine. Manual Tranny should have same ECU as C6?

In theory that PCM will work but it has the same ticking time bomb old capacitors on it just like the one you have.

Changing capacitors should be a $50 or less charge including parts. What in the world is this local shop proposing to do? Gold plate the entire assembly
