I got an email from PayPal for my renewal for the gold membership, but no pm from FTE to get my benefits. If you could let me know where the problem is, that would be great.

I joined March 31st 2017, saw nothing for a few days and then sent a message through "contact us", got an email asking for my username to which I immediately replied, waited a few more days and sent another message through "contact us", got a nasty email saying "AGAIN user name?" followed by another email saying "Weird it shows....clear all cookies and cache and restart then log in", I clear cookies and cache every time I close my browser, never got an email to fill out for SWAG.
Seems like collecting the money is easy and that's where it stops. I really don't care about the SWAG, I wanted to contribute because I get a lot from this forum....... I just don't like the attitude.

Sorry for the implied attitude. Sometimes with multiple screens open and multi-tasking across several forums and several boards, we don't always realize how we may be coming across.
Not an excuse, just a "my bad" with an explanation.

Hi. Pat from Nebraska sent me here. I signed up for three more years and haven't gotten my goodies yet. Really want that cool hat! Just wondering if you're just backed up on orders, which is fine.

I got the stickers and a lanyard in the mail a couple of weeks ago ,but I have not received the hat yet. I have the Club FTE Silver + Membership which I thought included the hat.
I understand if your running behind. I just want to make sure I receive that cool hat ! thanks

Membership question
Not sure where to go for this but, I re-upped my member subscription for the year about a week ago, and It says I should receive a msg with a form to fill out to receive my hat, sticker, etc, but I've not received a PM or any form.
