No spark. Injectors?

Just rebuilt my 302 in my 96 F150 for the second time. First time there were no problems. Now this time I can't not seem to get any spark. Brand new distributor, new coil, new wires and plugs. Checked fuses, unplugged pcm and checked, cleaned connections. Haven't replaced ICM yet. This time it was more of a performance build. Could the injectors be causing the problem? They are 44lbs, I can smell gas and the pump buzzes when turning the key. Any ideas?

Can you elaborate on the build?

44lb/hr injectors arent even close to stock 19lb/hr injectors.

Do you have 12volts at the coil?
Have you unplugged the SPOUT connector and checked for spark?
