ABS and Traction Control Light

I had new tires installed yesterday. They rub a little on the radius arm of the drivers side, but it doesn't bother me at all.

When I was test fitting them at the tire shop, I turned the tire to see how much they would rub and it pinched this wire running along the radius arm.

Now the ABS and traction control lights are on, and it says service advancetrac on the dash.

What does this wire do and can I repair it, or is it better to get a whole new harness?
