Which 4" lift kit did you use?

if it helps at all, the lift knuckle/diff drop kits are all mostly the same. in fact, the BDS and Zone options are identical - made in the same factory. the real differences are in the shocks and springs you fit into whichever you choose. I'm leaning strongly towards the Fox setup, since I have had good experience with their coilovers on my last truck. I'm also considering going with only a 2" lift. I like understated and functional more than mall crawler.

ReadyLift now has a 3.5" kit for the F150 that doesn't require the differential and all the related components to be mounted in a drop bracket. I would like to see some reviews on it.
I currently have a ReadyLift 2.25" strut spacer up front. Rides like stock and clears a 34" tire with no rubbing. I just want a little more clearance with the 157" wheelbase.

What are the other dimensions of that tire you fit with no rubbing (i.e. 275/65-R20, etc)? Did you keep the stock wheels? I'm trying to educate myself on all options before I order parts. Thanks!

One thing that sets us apart is out one piece reinforced sub frame. This adds a lot more strength than other designs, while maintaining proper CV and drive shaft angles.

What size wheel do you have? Feel free to call. We will help however we can. You will have a few variations of sizes all equaling the same height that you can use for the given diameter. Most popular set up is a 2" leveling kit on factory and a tire around 35 inches tall.

thanks for the info. great looking truck! I see you're one of the jerks that got the 6.5' bed. (I might be jealous)

I'll be doing the same thing via an add-a-leaf. I still haven't decided between a 4" lift and a 2" one... the price difference is pretty huge (especially if you include new wheels/tires), as well as the MPG hit. I think at 2" I would get pretty close to the same MPG running a 34" tire and I'd keep the stock wheels. I could even keep the stock goodyear tires for a while, which helps keep the budget under control. Just some Fox 2.0 coilovers plus the add-a-leaf could be about perfect for me.

Thank You for the input and education. With the lift cost, installation and havig to replace the stock 17" wheels I am now considering a 3" spacer, 295 0r 305 tires and an add a leaf in the rear. I'd like to stay out of divorce court also. I know the 3" is not recommended. Anyone else use that size spacer?
