92 f250 oil in coolant

92 f250 351w. I am getting oil in the coolant. Idled for 1/2 hour or so the other day without overheating. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

My thoughts are that it is the head gasket, but I am wondering if it could be the oil cooler?

Thanks for any input.

Leakdown test, Find out first if its head gasket or not. If all checks out, then you may need to look at the cooler if its connected to the rad as one unit.
