wicked bad tire wear

so i got new tires in the fall and the 2 front tires are wearing very bad on the outside edge of both front tires. any ideas? i just discovered that the camber is not adjustable apparently. 1995 f350 4x4 351w

Sounds like the toe-in needs to be adjusted, i.e. it needs an alignment.

Wear on the outside of both tires is a sign of too much toe-in IMHO. Was the alignment checked before installing the tires?

So they are inward towards each other too much? Like this/ \ not \ /? When I bought the truck I bought new tires for it and changed them myself on my friends tire machine. The old tires didn't have any odd wear on them.

Also, check out your front end for worn steering components. Tie rods, center drag link, ball joints, etc.

Check the toe. Just need a tape measure. Google it if unsure. Set it slightly toed in. Maybe 1/8" or a touch less. Camber and toe effect tire wear, with toe effecting it the most.
