2008 Escape rear side glass, (pass) window replacement

Guys,

Ran the search and couldn't really find anything on it. I've got to replace the rear passenger side glass on my 2008 Scape. I fell comfortable getting the panel off, (haven't done it yet).
But...I had a few Ford Expeditions that I remember having to also replace the outside window trim-to replace the door regulators.

Am I gonna need an outside trim piece for my Scape to replace the glass or does the glass slide out from the inside somehow?

TIA!

Not 100% positive but believe I got my answer yesterday as I got into the door.
It looks like the inside trim panel that atttaches to the top of the door panel pulls off allowing access to the inner door allowing the glass to slide down inside for replacement.
And my post above was wrong on my Expeditions. I had to remove the outer trim pieces to replace the outside side mirrors, (the heat feature had failed).

I haven't done the rear but the frnt wasn't difficult. Your assessment is correct (as far as the front, couldn't imagine the rear being much different).

Take off the panel, couple of fasteners to the track and slide it down, tilt and remove.

Scott,
Thanks for the reply. Good to know there are a few of us here that work on them and have the resources from other like you for help.
I see the hardest part maybe being getting the regulator positioned upwards or downwards for the two bolt holes to line up to the glass. Should have the glass by the end of the week if all goes well. Can't even imagine how much a auto glass company would charge but I bet it wouldn't be nowhere near the $68.00 I paid for the glass to do it myself.
Thanks again for the reply!

Dang! 267K miles on the Tribute!
