Extended idling while hitching the 5er for a short trip this week. As we hit the road there was no music. The Bride trouble-shot while I dodged traffic. We discovered that the voice command didn't work either. At our destination I did a master reset with no results. Looking over the owner's I decided to check a couple of fuses. They were good. I restarted the truck and everything was back to normal! Cycling the power (pulling the fuse) was the key.
We drive the '13 SD 6.7 SB 2WD King.
I pulled 26 and 29 and I think 29 did the magic (SYNC, GPS (was working), radio faceplate).
