Things are good but busy George. Constantly consumed by something whether it's work, house or rental house items, or just general needs by those around me. Not complaining though as I'm certainly not bored.

BIL is about 10 miles away , a little S of Stuart. The road we are on now has become a truck route NC to VA and back. Lots more traffic than when we bought the place.
Almost finished mowing when it started raining.
