When I had my front end apart I replaced the condenser. I believe the part was just under 100 bucks. As for the park brake light wiggle the wire on top of the ebrake pedal assembly. It could just be a poor contact

Yeah what Nick said. Mine has never worked unless I wiggle that wire. Loose pigtail.

I wiggled it. its not like i use the brake but i worry about the electrical issues I seem to be having. Rock auto has the darn things for 60.00 I will buy one as the shop will charge me more to fix it. Now I have to take the front end apart again. not cool.

I'm pretty sure doing the same job twice makes it twice as uncomfortable lol. Working ac in the summer should help though

I'm sure I need to replace something else while I'm there. Vacuum pump making noises just not sure they are bad noises. Sort of a swooshing noise. I cant believe I need to drain the radiator and trans cooler to get this condenser in. uggggggggg. I already forgot how to do it. pull battery trays and unhook everything in the front? I wounder if I can loosen the radiator and push it forward to remove the condenser?

when does it end............. ordered a bunch new ac parts, brake master cylinder,
ball joint for my other truck and new axle shafts.. 500.00 This is out of control. I know this stuff is getting old but really? my last set of ball joints and axle shafts lasted about 5 or 6 years. It was pay 1200 for a shop to do it or do it myself and just pay parts. Time to ask for more vacation time off. Lucky for me I'm getting some over time. I'm repairing the runway for the Navy top gun school. Well I'm not dong the work I'm supervising the work for the Navy.

Hmm. I'd have to look at it again. If you remove the grill and the Centre rad support bar could you not pull the condenser that way?

Well I was able to move the radiator with the 2 bolt removed and pull the AC Condenser up and out. That was nice to not remove all the stuff. Now I'm just waiting for parts.

Well at least you are supervising!

What kinda ball joints are you using? Moog is all we use anymore. Keep plugging away man you are too far into it to quit!

Dont feel bad, after a new fuel tank, selector valve, switch and fuel pump, this week mine decided to chit out a power steering pump, alternator, and set of batteries. Its still much cheaper than 1000$ month payment for a 6.7 :-)(batteries were expected)

Father in law just bought a 16 6.7 platinum.... drooled at first...
