Trans cooler lines in radiator

Trans cooler lines in radiator
I have Russell fittings and hose coming to hook up my new 6.0 cooler into my 5.4 powered truck. Have a question on the fittings on the bottom of the radiator for the cooler lines, first what is the 3/8" line called? Is it a double flare or what? And second question the female end that's into the plastic tank with the hex head does that unscrew or is it made into the tank? Trying to figure this out so I can overnight two adapters so I can get rid of the fugly hard line completely and use Russell braided line throughout my install

Where to start...
-My reverse engages fast now not 10 seconds late but it's very abrupt when it engages
-builder added a HD spring and this plunger thing from Superior in front of my .427 line mod and now slow speed shifts are so fast and hard the tires chirp and the truck just rocks/shakes/clunks
-half to full throttle shifts are like before the rebuild...they are somewhat firm but off, trans shifts but it like lunges forward but the shift isn't quick to engage fully, and it squeaks still during the shift, can't describe it I wish one of yous lived close to me so we could drive it and you could see first hand what I'm trying to describe
-the builder is blaming my transgo shift kit saying they are junk and after a few years the springs get weak from them and you get these issues? I called Brian from BTS but haven't received a return call yet because I want his opinion since I bought the kit from him and he told me how to set it up four years ago and the truck was AMAZING when I first did it
-now I'm wondering if the trans guy messed up the springs from the transgo kit and that's why I'm having a problem?
