How did you get the X Plan pricing in the Build & Price website? I may be missing something, but I haven't seen it.

You have to have a partner or Ford log in. Once you do, you can re-access the 2017 Ford build and price and the cookie left from when you logged into the partner site will tell the Ford site to do X-Plan instead of MSRP.

I have been going from the AXZ plan website. There are links there for the build and price that automatically put in the discount price. It doesnt have a direct link from the AXZ site, but it applies the discount to all vehicles on the ford website, so I just follow the link for the 16 superduty, then just change to the 17.

Thanks. I'll look into it tonight. The company I work for allows us to take advantage of X Plan pricing. I'll visit the Ford partner site again tonight and see if I can get it to display correctly. Thanks!

What you do is log into the Ford partner site and do a build and price. It will only display 2016 but click the link from the partner site to start a build anyway. Then click the link to the build and price on the 2017 Ford page. The x-plan cookie should remain for a day or two and allow you to build and price with x-plan pricing.

For $25 I joined the Mustang Club. Got X-Plan pin number. Dealer did not hesitate glad to order truck. I also joined the American Quarter Horse Association for $40. Hoping to get an additional $$$ off. Must be a member for 60 days. Truck will probably take at least that and if it is offered, just taking a chance on it.

Thanks Rodney. This worked. The fully loaded plat that I plan on ordering later this year/early next year only saves about $4,000.

You have to be a Ford employee/ retiree or a direct relative of one.

My next door neighbor who works at a dealership would qualify? He's not a direct employee so I'm guessing not.

Dealership employees are eligible for a different discount, though I'm not sure how much it equates to.

Here's a link to an article I found that explains the A/Z, D, & X Plans. Basically, dealership employees get A Plan + $100.
