Coil Spring Perch HELP PLEASE

I have a 78 F150 4x4 and the front drivers side frame is 1" lower than the passengers side. The frame at the rear of the truck is the same height on both sides. I have it stripped down with the axles under it and no motor in it at this time. Before I took it all the way down I also noticed the 1" lower frame. What would be the issue, if any, and is there a coil spring perch made to put under the coil to raise it an inch? I would just put it under the drivers side to try and raise it closer to the passenger side. Any other ideas are certainly welcome. Thanks.

Check the offending perch to see if it's cracked, warped or bent down. Its not the frame itself, no?

I'm sure new coils can be had if you want to go that route, if the perches check out ok.
