That's your safest bet. Yesterday, I found out that while all the 10 log cabins are currently open, half of the RV spots are already booked for our week and that's before our hoard started booking. I don't think there will be anything left empty when we get there and likely much sooner...

 

Hopefully Laura will answer the phone later this morning, since there seems to be some confusion amongst her staff.

 

She is supposed to be in early according to what I was told last night when I called to complain about Roy not being able to book. I think that once she briefs her office staff on the details of our deal, there will be no further issue. I'll be verifying that today for sure.

 

Thanks. It is easy for me to goof off in front of a computer screen and still handle business, but more difficult to make personal calls at work. Going to shut my office door and turn down the two-way radio later and give her a buzz.

OK, I just talked to Pam in the campground office. If you make a reservation today, it will be at full price and the discount will be applied to your balance at check in. This is because Laura didn't brief the office on our group rate(s) (I don't think they've been figured yet anyways except the 700 rally sites) and she won't be in until Monday. So, feel free to call Pam today and book with her now at 207-667-8106. Just be sure to mention "FTE" as your group so they can keep track of us until Laura gets everything straightened out.

I am torn between cabin 5 and 6 for a possible view of the water and the three cabins that have a fire ring.

Just talked with them.....they are aware of the $36 discount.......And will make 700 series reservations at that rate..........

They do not know the discount for other series sites yet.

ALL the 700-722 sites are already booked for some Other Rally.....Plus some of the other 700 series sites.........

I reserved 729 for 16 - 22.......arrive the 16th....Leave the 22nd......$261.60 total

The community campfire is going to have to be at Rodney's.........or Monty reserve site 863 - 867 NOW!! and wait for the discount.

Roy, that was not the wrong number. It was Laura's direct number which she asked me to have people call first. She does indeed work in the central office which is why she sets the discounts. As I said earlier, she manages all three sister campgrounds. Glad you got taken care of...

We don't do fires so Monty is up!

The reason I say that is the direct number to the campground always answers and we can always make reservations......

The direct line to Laura is very seldom answered.......very hard to make reservations.
Already.......most of the 700 series site are taken.....Our people need to make reservations Now and easily.....
