Been out house hunting...
Had a realtor friend check on one that wifey might be interested in. It got put under contract about 10 minutes after I was there. Nice garage too.

I didn't buy it Don. Wife would have to see it first. Got beat out. But is "under contingencies" What ever they are...
Happened many years ago in NY, too. We found a place we liked, said we'll buy it. By the time the realtor got back to the office (about 10 minutes) it was sold....

Heating up except for selling our house down here, Don. Lots of places here in VA have been on the market over a year.

Been browsing craigslist. I'll look a couple over for them but they'll end up doing what they want. They keep going to these idiot car dealers who just buy cars at an auction to flip. These are usually trade ins that a dealership doesn't want to bother with. They sent a link to one the were looking at. Description said good tires. Grandson said it needed tires. Red flag right there.

 

Did you ever get to see the 40 Ford coupe you mentioned way back?

 

No, never did.
There is a guy in NY advertising a 52 pick up parts which is really a 53-5 . Better hurry back up. There is also a guy down here with 53 parts. Something to do next week.
