Why can't you rebuild it?

It really just is about what you want to do with the truck.

A 38r with stage 2s like nick has would be no joke by any means.

How many wiles will a 39r go before it's junk?!?!?! No clue but I'm not sure I would ever personally wear one out honestly.

Considering the cost of an E99 spider, use the parts you have and simply switch over to 3" plenums.

Down the road if you go to a bigger turbo you will be required to be at 3" any way.

If you do go bigger the 38r is your only performance bolt in, otherwise do it right and go to a t4 setup with a S369 sxe fmw super core.. They push as much as the small 4 series chargers, and spool much quicker. Go google and check them out!

What he said^ use the 3" plenums with the l99 turbo and other parts rather than buying more e99 stuff. They are very cheap on the l99 spiders(mine was actually free).
The other thing is measure the drivers manifold at the rear and compare to your truck. My firewall is too close to use the sd manifold. There are variations in these cabs that have been seen.
You will want to check yours before you get started.i had kicked around building a hybrid set of up pipes for obs manifolds to sd collector/turbo and doing a 38r. I prob should have just gone that route as it got a bit out of hand otherwise
