remove connector to passenger side injectors and see if it runs the same

if it dies try other side and if runs the same then you know a bank is out

Fuel pressure?
tanks full or at least 1/2 full?
any leaks?
getting any boost?

Check the valve cover harness and plug ins for burned pins. With it running unplug one plug at a time to see if it runs any different.

Edit: you guys are fast.

Sounds like you got bad uvch Causing the IDM to shut down that bank of injectors.
If the IDM detects a short in the uvch it will shut down that bank to protect it self. You can either ohm the uvch or pull the valve cover

You ohm the pins on the valve cover gasket.
Pin layout is

GICIG
G - Glow Plug
I - Injector +
C - Injector -
Ohms between the G and block Ground should be 0.1 - 2.0 ohms.
Ohms between the I and C one at a time if one or more is > 4 ohms, it will point to the side's gasket connector or UVC harness being shorted.

Thanks I pulled the valve cover and one of the plugs were melted and a glowplug wire was burnt in half so bought a new gasket still doing the same thing

Did you replace the pigtail as well? Also did you inspect the under valve cover wiring. Check to make sure all the clips to the injectors were in good shape and secured properly?
