For the low miles, and condition, he appraised my truck at just over 25K. Not bad since I've had it 3 years, and only paid $22,800 for it.

Your ***** on there. No he has only done the visual inspection. He can't even tell me why the entire truck leans hard to the right side. It's supposed to be picked up and go to the body shop that I've picked out, tomorrow. So it is, going to get worse yet.

Fingers crossed. 10k of damage is no joke, being only 3 k away from being totaled can easily be eaten up in 'unseen' damage, like the suspension work. Maybe we could find you a used 2015 to love again. Two wheel drive, of course.

I have already been eyeballing a 2013 XLT 4x2 in the Kodiak Brown color that I like, with the same interior that I have, and the 5.0

And it cost' less. I'd rather have more truck, or goodies for the truck, than having front wheels that spin.

i thought it was funny all my grandfathers life he said that if you couldnt get up his driveway in a 2wd vehicle then you didnt know how to drive.. the last couple winters i went up to visit him he couldnt make it up his driveway in his 08 f150 5.4 2wd pickup... but mine in 4wd made it to the top..

came down to gets some more work done on the untouched parts of the decks... only got about half of what i wanted to do today done though... in addition to my brother and nephew coming by it got much hotter than they were calling for... ntm then it decided to storm...
but took some pics... decided to sand the facia boards down so that we could hit them with the sealer stain too... but along the way i got distracted with the steps when i got to them.. lol
since i was tearing apart the steps i put up my redneck version of caution tape to keep others from falling...
can see dad hauling the grass clippings in his tractor to the back yard...
got down to 3 left before the storm came in...after taking a 2 hr brake to eat and escape the heat too..
as i was working a supervisor shows up too... and like a typical one he did nothing to help too...

I'm pretty picky on how I take care of my stuff. And being that way, when I sold the last truck, it was a tank of fuel away from turning 200K, and was almost as clean as my 2011. Well before two tree's fell on him.

That was a hell of a race last night, alot of badass trucks showed up. Was supposed to start at 2, but do to a large storm that rolled in a little after 12 and didn't get out tell a little after 2 it was able to start tell closer to 4. Then ran non stop from 4 until a bout 11:30. I ended up working the race, I ran the tape measure and kept the finish line timers clean.
