There was some lack of patience, anxiety, nerves and so on. LOL

They always find something it seems. They did one on our house when it was sold and we did one on a house we were looking at before we bought our current place. When we did it we were there for the inspection of course and watching him do it I was slightly upset that I spent the money. There really isn't much special about the inspection that I couldn't have done or already had seen myself. Oh well.

Well I am a westerner but I only got 4/10's at my place. Just north and west of me a little I talked to a guy that got 2" of rain so pretty spotty on the amounts.
